If you were to take a guess at which country would exit 2010 with the biggest smile on its face, the little country of Vietnam might slip your mind. But the Southeast Asian country had a 95 percent increase in revenue in 2010, betting out Argentina and Chile. The United States meanwhile wasn’t smiling in 25th place on this chart.
