As Grant Thornton revealed in its International Business Report 2009, women still hold less than a quarter of senior management positions in privately held businesses globally. Here, we give a rundown of the top 22 countries (plus the UK & US which, suprisingly don’t make the first 22) with women in senior management positions. The Philippines comes out on top with an impressive 47% while Grant Thornton International is proud to announce taht globally women make up 44% of its global workforce.
